Krishna Distributors Ltd is distributing various brands of soaps, it wants to track Batch No for each product so that they can identify them in future for any complaints from customers and report it to manufacturers.

Set-up Tally for recording batches while buying and selling soaps. 

·       On 01-Apr-2019, purchased 1,000 Nos of ‘Coconut Cream Soap – 100 Gms’ at Rs. 23/No and Batch No - CCS21 from ‘Modern Soap Factory’

 

·       On 02-Apr-2019, purchased 500 Nos of ‘Coconut Cream Soap – 100 Gms’ at Rs. 22/No and Batch No – H0201 from ‘Ravindra Soap Mft Pvt Ltd’

 

·       On 05-Apr-2019, sold 225 Nos ‘Coconut Cream Soap – 100 Gms’ from Batch No CCS21 at Rs. 28/No to Leela Supermarkets Ltd

 

·       On 10-Apr-2019, sold 300 Nos ‘Coconut Cream Soap – 100 Gms’ from Batch No H0201 at Rs. 28/No to Mahendra Stores Ltd

Deepak Pharmaceutical Distributors Ltd wants to track Batch Numbers, Manufacturing Dates and Expiry dates for medicines purchased from Manufacturers, it needs to print the same on Sale Invoices given to their retail customers as it is a legal requirement. 

Set-up Tally for tracking the same and print them on invoices.
