Parts of Computer

 

Computer को दो भागो में बाँटा गया है –

Hardware

कंप्यूटर के ऐसे parts जिन्हें हम छू सकते है, उन्हें  Hardware (Physical components) कहा जाता है।

जैसे- कीबोर्ड, माउस, रेम आदि।

The parts of the computer that we can touch are called hardware (physical components).

Ex- Keyboard, Mouse, RAM etc.

यह दो प्रकार के होते है-

1) Internal Hardware

2) External Hardware

Software

कंप्यूटर सॉफ्टवेयर को हम छू नहीं सकते है। केवल GUI के माध्यम से उन्हें देख सकते है और कंप्यूटर हार्डवेयर की सहायता से उसे चला सकते है।

We cannot touch computer software. One can only view them through the GUI and run them with the help of computer hardware.

 

Type of Software

 

1) System Software

2) Application Software

3) Utility Software

 

System Software (सिस्‍टम सॉफ्टवेयर)

 

सिस्टम सॉफ्टवेयर (System Software) ऐसे सॉफ्टवेयर होते हैं जो आपके कंप्‍यूटर के हार्डवेयर को Manage और Control करते हैं और इन्‍हीं की वजह से एप्लीकेशन सॉफ्टवेयर (Application Software) कंप्‍यूटर में चल पाते हैं या आप उस पर काम कर पाते हैं।

जैसे- Operating System, Device Driver, Language Convertor Etc.

 

System software is the software that manages and controls the hardware of your computer and because of this application software is able to run in the computer or you are able to work on it.

Ex- Operating System, Device Driver, Language Convertor Etc.

Application Software (एप्लीकेशन सॉफ्टवेयर)

एप्लीकेशन सॉफ्टवेयर (Application Software) ऐसे सॉफ्टवेयर होते हैं जिन्हें किसी विशेष कार्यों के लिए डिजाईन किया जाता है। ये सॉफ्टवेयर यूजर के कार्यों को पूरा करने के लिए यूजर की मदद करते हैं। इन्हें End User Program या केवल App भी कहा जाता है।

जैसे- MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Chrome, Opera Mini, Media Player, Video Player, Mobile Application Etc.

Application software is software that is designed for specific tasks. This software helps the user to complete the user's tasks. These are also called end user programs or simply apps.

Ex- MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Chrome, Opera Mini, Media Player, Video Player, Mobile Application Etc.

Types of Application Software

 

 

1) General Purpose Software (सामान्य उद्देशीय सॉफ्टवेयर)

 

2) Specific Purpose Software (विशेष उद्देशीय सॉफ्टवेयर)

 

 

 

General Purpose Software

ये ऐसे एप्लीकेशन सॉफ्टवेयर समूह होते है जिसका इस्तेमाल यूजर अपनी आवश्यकतानुसार सामान्य कार्यों को पूरा करने के लिए करता है। इन Application Software का इस्तेमाल करना बहुत ही आसान होता है।

जैसे- - Word Processing Software, Multimedia Software, Gaming Software आदि।

These are such application software groups that the user uses to perform common tasks according to his needs. It is very easy to use this application software.

Ex- Word Processing Software, Multimedia Software, Gaming Software Etc.

Specific Purpose Software

ये ऐसे सॉफ्टवेयर के समूह होते है जिन्हे किसी विशेष काम को पूरा करने के उद्देश्य से बनाया जाता है।  इस प्रकार के सॉफ्टवेयर को लोगों के आवश्यक कार्यों को पूरा करने के लिए बनाया जाता है।

जैसे- Accounting Software, Database Software, Educational Software आदि।

These are groups of software that are created for the purpose of completing a particular task. This type of software is made to fulfill the essential tasks of the people.

Ex- Accounting Software, Database Software, Educational Software etc.

यूटीलिटी सॉफ्टवेयर (Utility Software)

यूटिलिटी सॉफ्टवेयर (Utility software) का काम कंप्‍यूटर के ऑपरेटिंग सिस्‍टम (Operating System) की सर्विस/ रिपेयर करने का होता है।  जिससे उनकी कार्यक्षमता और गति को बढाया जा सके।

जैसे- एंटीवायरस,डिस्क डिफ्रेगमेंटर आदि।

The job of utility software is to service/repair the operating system of the computer. So that their efficiency and speed can be increased.

Ex- Antivirus ,Disk Defragmenter Etc.
