Spelling -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम Sheet में type की गई spelling की जांच तथा Grammar की mistake को सही कर सकते हैं।

Through this option, we can check the spelling typed in the sheet and correct the grammar mistake.

Research -

 

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से किसी भी word के बारे में Research कर सकते हैं।

 

Through this option, you can research about any word.

Thesaurus -

 

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से सेलेक्ट किए गए word के antonyms और synonyms Find कर सकते है।

 

Through this option, you can find the antonyms and synonyms of the selected word.

 

Translate -

 

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम Sheet में type किये sentence को किसी भी language में translate कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए इंटरनेट कनेक्शन का होना आवश्यक है।

 

Through this option, we can translate the sentence typed in the sheet into any language. For this an internet connection is required.

Comments Group

New comment -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से cell में लिखे गए Text पर हम comment कर सकते हैं।

Through this option, we can comment on the text written in the cell.

Delete -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से selected comment को हटा सकते है।

Through this option, you can remove the selected comment.

Previous -

 

इस ऑप्शन का उपयोग Previous comment पर जाने के लिए किया जाता है।

 

This option is used to go to the Previous Comment.

 

Next -

इस ऑप्शन का उपयोग Next comment पर जाने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to go to the next comment.

Show /Hide Comment -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम किसी भी comment को Show तथा hide कर सकते हैं।

Through this option, we can show and hide any comment.

Show All Comment -

 

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम सभी comment को एक साथ show कर सकते हैं।

Through this option, we can show all the comments together.

Show Link -

 

इस ऑप्शन का उपयोग करके हम Comment के Path को Show  व Hide कर सकते है।

 

Using this option, we can show and hide the path of the comment.

Changes Group

 

Protect Sheet -

इस Option के माध्यम से हम sheet में किसी भी प्रकार के परिवर्तन(changes) को रोकने के लिए एक पासवर्ड द्वारा उसे protect कर सकते हैं।

Through this option, we can protect the sheet with a password to prevent any kind of change/changes.

Protect Workbook -

 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग करते हुए हम workbook  पर पासवर्ड लगा सकते हैं। जिससे हमारी workbook को कोई delete नहीं कर सकता है।

 

Using this option, we can set a password on the workbook. Due to which no one can delete our workbook.

Share Workbook -

 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग करते हुए हम अपनी workbook को किसी भी अन्य ms excel यूजर के साथ शेयर कर सकते हैं।

 

Using this option we can share our workbook with any other ms excel user.

 

Protect And Share Workbook -

 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग करते हुए हम अपनी workbook को पासवर्ड के साथ शेयर कर सकते हैं। 

 

Using this option we can share our workbook with password.

 

Allow User to Edit Ranges -

 

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से आप workbook में कोई भी Selected Area पर पासवर्ड लगा सकते हैं। जिससे Selected एरिया को बिना password  दिए हम edit नहीं कर सकते है। 

 

Through this option, you can put a password on any selected area in the workbook. Due to which we cannot edit the selected area without giving the password.

Track Changes -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम अपने worksheet में होने वाले Changes को Control कर सकते हैं।

Through this option, we can control the changes in our worksheet.
