Workbook Views Group

Normal -

 

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम workbook का Normal view देख सकते हैं। Normal ऑप्शन यह बाय डिफॉल्ट set रहता है।

 

Through this option we can see the normal view of the workbook. The Normal option is set by default.

 

Page Layout -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम workbook का प्रिंटआउट व्यू देख सकते हैं। जैसा की प्रिंट लेने के बाद निकलता है।

Through this option we can see the printout view of the workbook. As it comes out after taking a print.

Page Break Preview -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हमें sheet का उतना ही प्रीव्यू दिखाई देता है जितने में हमने work किया है, और हमारी वह sheet pages के हिसाब से बनी हुई होती है।

 

Through this option, we see the same preview of the sheet as we have worked in, and our sheet is made according to the pages.

Custom View-

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम हमारी work book में से किसी भी view को save कर सकते हैं।और यदि हमे save किया गया View देखना हो, तो हम आसानी से इसे देख सकते हैं।

 

Through this option, we can save any view from our work book. And if we want to see the saved view, then we can easily see it.

 

Full Screen -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम हमारी workbook को full screen में देख सकते हैं।

 

Through this option we can see our workbook in full screen.

Show / Hide Group

Ruler -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम page layout View में Sheet में ruler को show और hide कर सकते हैं।

 

Through this option, we can show and hide the ruler in the sheet in the page layout view.

Grid Lines -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम rows और columns की बीच की lines को show तथा hide कर सकते हैं ,By default सभी workbook में यह line show रहती है।

 

Through this option, we can show and hide the lines between rows and columns, by default this line is shown in all workbooks.

Formula Bar -

 

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम  workbook के ऊपर एक Formula Bar को show तथा hide कर सकते हैं।

 

Through this option, we can show and hide a formula bar above the workbook.

Heading -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम workbook मे Sheet Heading को show तथा hide कर सकते हैं।

 

Through this option, we can show and hide Sheet Heading in the workbook.

Zoom Group

Zoom -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से Ms Excel में  हम अपनी workbook को zoom in तथा zoom out कर सकते हैं।

 

Through this option we can zoom in and zoom out our workbook in Ms Excel.

100% Zoom -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम अपने documents को 100% zoom पर ला सकते हैं।

 

Through this option, we can bring our documents to 100% zoom.

Zoom to Selection -

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम Workbook में कितने भी cell को select करके, उन्हें zoom-in कर सकते हैं। इसमें हमारे द्वारा select किए गए cells ही zoom-in होंगे।

Through this option, we can select any number of cells in the workbook and zoom-in them. In this only the cells selected by us will be zoom-in.

Window Group

New window -

 

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम अपनी workbook को एक new window में open कर सकते हैं।

Through this option we can open our workbook in a new window.

Arrange All -

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम  जो भी new window बनाते हैं। उन्हें एक साथ Arrange  भी कर सकते हैं।

Any new window we create using this option. You can also arrange them together.

Freeze Panes -

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपने workbook के Row और Column तथा दोनों को एक साथ Freeze कर सकते हैं।

 

Using this option, we can freeze the Row and Column of our workbook and both at the same time.

Split -

 

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम Excel window को Split कर सकते हैं। जिससे हम अपनी worksheet के अलग-अलग हिस्से को एक साथ excess कर सकते हैं।

 

Through this option, we can split the Excel window. With which we can add different parts of our worksheet together.

Hide -

 

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम अपनी वर्तमान में प्रयोग में ली जा रही Excel window को Hide कर सकते हैं।

 

Through this option, we can hide our currently in use Excel window.

Unhide -

 

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम Hide window को unhide कर सकते है ।

 

Through this option we can unhide the Hide window.

View Side by Side -

 

इस ऑप्शन  के माध्यम से हम दो या दो से अधिक window को Side by Side देख सकते हैं।

 

Through this option, we can see two or more windows side by side.

Synchronous Scrolling -

 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग हम एक से अधिक window को एक साथ scroll करने के लिए करते है।

 

We use this option to scroll more than one window simultaneously.

Reset Window position -

 

इस ऑप्शन का प्रयोग Side by Side की हुई window की position को Reset करने के लिए किया जाता है।

 

This option is used to reset the position of the side-by-side window.

Switch Windows -

 

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम Excel में एक window से दूसरे window पर Switch कर सकते  हैं।

 

Using this option, we can switch from one window to another in Excel.

Macros Group

Macros -

इस ऑप्शन की सहायता से हम एक्सेल शीट में दिए गए फॉर्मेट को record करके दूसरी sheet पर अप्लाई कर सकते है।

With the help of this option, we can record the format given in the excel sheet and apply on another sheet.
