View Presentation Group

Normal-

Normal ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपनी Presentation को Slide by Slide edit कर सकते है और साथ ही आप इसे लेफ्ट साइड मे Thumbnail मे देख सकते है| डिफ़ाल्ट रूप मे यह Normal पर ही सेट रहता है|

Using the Normal option, we can edit our Presentation Slide by Slide and also you can see it in Thumbnail on the left side. By default it is set to Normal.

Slide Sorter-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपनी Slides  को Rearrange कर सकते है, यानि Slides  को आगे पीछे कर सकते है|

Using this option, we can rearrange our slides, that is, we can move the slides back and forth.

Notes Page-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम Presentation के साथ   Notes पेज को ऐड कर सकते है , तथा हम इसे Check तथा Edit भी कर सकते है|

Using this option, we can add Notes page with Presentation, and we can also check and edit it.

Slide Show-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम Presentation की सभी slides को Show करा सकते है।

Using this option, we can show all the slides of the presentation.

Slide Master-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपनी Slide में  Quick Change कर सकते है तथा इसे एक नया Look दे सकते है|

Using this option, we can make a quick change in our slide and give it a new look.

Handout Master- 

Handout Master ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके आप अपने Slide को Customize कर सकते है, मतलब आप अपने Slide मे Header, Footer, Date, Page Number को Show, Hide या Set कर सकते है|

Using this option, we can customize our slide, that is, we can show, hide or set Header, Footer, Date, and Page Number in the slide. 

Notes Master-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके यह देख सकते है की Presentation Notes के साथ प्रिंट होगी तो कैसी दिखेगी आप उसे Customize भी कर सकते है|

Using this option, it can be seen that if the presentation is printed with notes, then you can customize how it will look.

Show/Hide Group

Ruler-

Ruler ऑप्शन की हेल्प से हम Ruler को Show या Hide कर सकते है|

With the help of Ruler option, we can show or hide the Ruler.

 

Gridlines-

Gridlines ऑप्शन की हेल्प से हम Gridlines को Show या Hide कर सकते है, Gridlines की मदद से आप Picture को Arrange कर सकते है|

With the help of Gridlines option, we can show or hide the gridlines; with the help of gridlines you can arrange the picture.

Zoom Group

Zoom-

Zoom ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपनी Slide को Zoom कर सकते है|

We can zoom our slide by using Zoom option.

 

Fit to Window-

यदि हमने  Zoom ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके slide को बड़ा या छोटा किया हो तो, वापस से स्लाइड को पहले वाली  स्थिति मे लाने के लिए इस ऑप्शन का यूज़ करते है।

 

If we have made the slide bigger or smaller using the Zoom option, then we use this option to bring the slide back to the previous position.

 

Color/Grayscale Group 

 

Color- 

Color ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपने Presentation को Full Color मे देख सकते है |

By using the color option, we can see our presentation in full color.

 

Grayscale- 

Grayscale ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपने Presentation को Grayscale मे देख सकते है| Color को Customize भी कर सकते है|

By using the Grayscale option, we can see our Presentation in Grayscale. You can also customize the color.

 

Black and White- 

Black and White ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपने Presentation को Black and White मे देख सकते है|

Using the Black and White option, we can see our Presentation in Black and White.

 

Window Group 

New Window-

New Window ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपने Current Window के अलावा एक और नयी विंडो को ओपेन कर सकते है|

By using the New Window option, we can open a new window other than our current window.

 

Arrange All-

Arrange ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपनी सभी विंडो को एक ही बार मे देखने के लिए Arrange कर सकते है|

By using the Arrange option, we can arrange all our windows to be seen in one go.

 

Cascade-

Cascade ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपनी सभी खुली हुई विंडो को Cascading Style मे देख सकते है|

By using the Cascade option, we can see all our open windows in Cascading Style.

Move Split-

Move Split ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम Slide Pane, Note Pane और Slide Area को घटा बड़ा सकते है|

By using Move Split option, we can increase or decrease Slide Pane, Note Pane and Slide Area.

 

Switch Window-

Switch Window ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम अपनी खुली हुई Window के बीच Switch कर सकते है, मतलब आप एक विंडो से दूसरे विंडो पर जा सकते है|

Using the Switch Window option, we can switch between our open windows, meaning you can go from one window to another.

 

Macros Group

Macros-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल करके हम Content की recording कर सकते है और फिर समय आने पर उसे Run कर सकते है|

Using this option, we can do the recording of the content and then run it when the time comes.
