Introduction of Microsoft Excel 2007

MS Excel यह Microsoft Office Package का एक भाग है यह एक spreadsheet Program है। जिसे माइक्रोसॉफ्ट कारपोरेशन द्वारा Develop किया गया है।

जिसके द्वारा हम विभिन्न प्रकार के गणितीय एवं Logical कार्य कर सकते है।

Microsoft Excel विभिन्न Rows और Column से मिलकर बनता है जिसे हम Cell कहते हैं, Microsoft Excel में हम Cell में ही Data इंटर करते हैं। इसका Extension  Name . XLSX होता है।

MS Excel This is a part of the Microsoft Office package. It is a spreadsheet program. This is developed by Microsoft Corporation.

Through which we can do various types of mathematical and logical work.

Microsoft Excel is made up of various rows and columns which we call cells; in Microsoft Excel we enter data in the cell itself. Its extension name. XLSX happens.

Workbook-

माइक्रोसॉफ्ट Excel की फाइल को workbook कहते है। workbook के अंदर कई वर्कशीट आती है। जिसमे डाटा स्टोर किया जाता है। इसका extension नाम .XLSX होता है। 

 A Microsoft Excel file is called a workbook. There are many worksheets inside the workbook. In which the data is stored. Its Extension name .XLSX happens

Worksheet-

माइक्रोसॉफ्ट Excel में हम वर्कशीट पर ही Work  करते है इसकी फाइल को वर्कशीट कहा जाता है,worksheet  रौ,कॉलम,तथा Cells  से मिलकर बानी होती है। इसकी default  संख्या ३ होती है। जिन्हे 256  तक insert करा सकते है।  

In Microsoft Excel, we work on the worksheet itself, its file is called worksheet, and the worksheet is made up of rows, columns, and cells. Its default number is 3. Then can be inserted up to 256.

Row-

Worksheet में दिखाई देने वाली horizontal लाइन को Row कहते है। माइक्रोसॉफ्ट excel में इनकी संख्या 1048576 होती है।

The horizontal line visible in the worksheet is called Row. In Microsoft excel, their number is 1048576.

Column-

Worksheet में दिखाई देने वाली Vertical लाइन को Row कहते है। माइक्रोसॉफ्ट excel में इनकी संख्या 16384 होती है।

The vertical line visible in the worksheet is called Row. Their number is 16384 in Microsoft excel.

Cell-

रौ और कॉलम के intersection से सेल बनती है। worksheet में इनकी संख्या 17179869184 होती है।

A cell is formed by the intersection of a row and a column. Their number in the worksheet is 17179869184.

Active Cell-

जिस सेल में कर्सर होता है और हम जिस सेल में डाटा की एंट्री करते है ,वह सेल active Cell  कहलाती है। यह बोल्ड ब्लैक बॉर्डर से Show होती है। 

The cell in which the cursor is located and the cell in which we enter the data is called the active cell. It shows with bold black border.

Cell Range-

जब हम एक या एक से अधिक Row और Column को सेलेक्ट करते है, तब रेंज तैयार होता है। जैसे – A2:G6

Formula Bar-

MS एक्सेल में रिबन बार के नीचे फार्मूला बार होता है। ये दो Part में divide होता है।

In MS excel there is a formula bar under the ribbon bar, it divides into two parts.

Name Box –

इसकी हेल्प से हम जिस सेल में हम वर्क कर रहे है उस सेल का address  देख सकते है।

With its help, we can see the address of the cell in which we are working.

Formula Bar-

इसकी हेल्प से हम जब  किसी Cell में Data या Formula Enter करते है तो वह हमे इस Bar में दिखाई देता है। जिसमे हम फार्मूला या डाटा को एडिट भी कर सकते है।

With the help of this, when we enter data or formula in a cell, it appears in this bar. In which we can also edit the formula or data.
