URL (Uniform Resource Locator)

 

URL is the unique address of a resource available on the Internet. It is also called web address. The full name of URL is Uniform Resource Locator. Which was developed in 1994 by Honorable Tim Berners-Lee and Internet Engineering Task Force.

URL इंटरनेट पर उपलब्ध संसाधन (Resource) का विशिष्ट पता है. इसे वेब एड्रेस भी कहते है. URL का पूरा नाम Uniform Resource Locator होता हैं. जिसे 1994 में माननीय Tim Berners-Lee तथा Internet Engineering Task Force द्वारा विकसित किया गया था.

The Internet is the world's largest computer network. And the information in this is unlimited. Therefore, to ensure the identity of each resource, a name is given, which is called a URL.

इंटरनेट दुनिया का विशालतम कम्प्युटर नेटवर्क है।  और इसमें सूचना असीमित हैं. इसलिए प्रत्येक संसाधन की पहचान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक नाम दिया जाता हैं जिसे URL कहते हैं।

Protocol

Also called URI Scheme, HTTPS is the most popular web protocol that provides the facility to transfer and encrypt information securely.

इसे URI Scheme भी कहा जाता है , HTTPS सबसे लोकप्रिय वेब प्रोटोकॉल है जो सूचना को सुरक्षित इंक्रिप्ट कर ट्रांसफर करने की सुविधा मुहैया कराता हैं.

Separator

These are special symbols that serve to separate different parts of the URL from each other.

ये विशिष्ट चिन्ह होते है जो यूआरएल के अलग-अलग भागों को एक-दूसरें से अलग करने का काम करते हैं. 

Sub domain

WWW is the most commonly used subdomain in URLs. Technically there is no need for it and it is optional. And even without this information can be obtained.

यूआरएल में WWW सबसे ज्यादा इस्तेमाल होने वाला सबडोमेन है. तकनीकि रुप में इसकी कोई जरूरत भी नहीं होती हैं और यह वैकल्पिक हैं. तथा इसके बिना भी सूचना प्राप्त की जा सकती है.

Domain Name

Where your desired information is saved, the name of that Virtual Computer (Server) is the Domain Name which you know by the name of Website. This is the nickname of the IP address. Which hides the mathematical number name from the user? And converts it into human understandable language.

जहां पर आपकी मन पसंद सूचना सेव रखी जाती हैं उस Virtual Computer (Server) का नाम ही Doamin Name है जिसे आप Website के नाम से जानते हैं. यह IP Address का निकनेम होता है. जो गणितीय संख्या नाम को युजर से छिपाता है. और उसे इंसान के समझने लायक भाषा में बदलता हैं.

A website can be divided into many parts like keeping videos in videos folder. There can be more than one directory and directories (subdirectories) can be created within a directory also.

एक वेवसाईट को कई हिस्सों में विभाजित किया जा सकता हैं जैसे विडियो को videos Folder में रखते हैं. यहाँ एक से ज्यादा डायरेक्ट्री भी हो सकती है और एक डायरेक्ट्री के भीतर भी डायरेक्ट्रीज (सबडायरेक्ट्री) बनाई जा सकती हैं.

Resource (Path)

 

This is the actual resource that is kept secure on the server. It is also called web page. Here is the file, photo, video, song that you are looking for. The file extension is also written next to the file name, which tells what type of file it is? .html, .htm, .php, .asp, .cgi, .xml, .jpg, .png etc. are popular file extensions.

यह वास्तविक संसाधन है जिसे सर्वर पर सुरक्षित रखा गया है. इसे Web page भी कहते हैं. यहीं वो फाईल, फोटू, विडियो, गाना होता है जिसे आप ढू‌ढते हैं. फाईल नाम के आगे फाईल एक्स्टेंशन भी लिखा रहता है जो बताता है कि यह किस प्रकार की फाईल है? .html, .htm, .php, .asp, .cgi, .xml, .jpg, .png आदि लोकप्रिय फाईल एक्स्टेंशन्स है.
