Accounts

Account is a summarized Record of all transaction relating to every person, everything or property and every type of services.

खाता हर व्यक्ति, हर चीज या संपत्ति और हर प्रकार की सेवाओं से संबंधित सभी लेनदेन का एक संक्षिप्त रिकॉर्ड है।

Types of Accounts-

Personal account:       

Personal accounts are the accounts of persons, firms, concerns and institutions which the businessmen deal.

व्यक्तिगत खाते व्यक्तियों, फर्मों, संस्थाओं और संस्थानों के खाते हैं जो व्यवसायी सौदा करते हैं।

Principles:            Debit the receiver

                               Credit the giver

Real Account: 

These are the accounts of things, materials, assets & properties. It has physical existence which can be seen & touch.

Ex. Cash, Sale, Purchase, Furniture, Investment etc.

ये चीजों, सामग्रियों, संपत्तियों और संपत्तियों के खाते हैं। इसका भौतिक अस्तित्व है

 जिसे देखा और स्पर्श किया जा सकता है।

Ex-  नकद, बिक्री, खरीद, फर्नीचर, निवेश आदि।

Principles:          Debit what comes 

                                Credit what goes out

Nominal Account:      

Nominal account is the account of services received (expenses and Losses) and services given (income and gain)

Ex.  Salary, Rent, Wages, Stationery etc.

नाममात्र खाता प्राप्त सेवाओं (व्यय और हानि) और दी गई सेवाओं (आय और लाभ)

 का खाता है

Ex- वेतन, किराया, मजदूरी, स्टेशनरी आदि।

Principles:                Debit all expense/losses

                               Credit all income/gains
