Themes Group

Themes Group के इस्तेमाल से Sheet की थीम (Theme) को आसानी से बदल सकते है।

You can easily change the theme of the sheet using the Themes option.

Color-

 

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल Sheets के themes का Color चेंज करने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to change the color of the themes of Sheets.

 

Fonts-

 

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल Sheets का Font स्टाइल चेंज करने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to change the font style of Sheets.

 

 

Effects-

 

इस Option के इस्तेमाल से हम Sheets में अलग-अलग Theme Effect को जोड़ सकते हैं।

 

Using this option, we can add different Theme Effects to Sheets.

Page setup Group

Margin-

इस ऑप्शन के इस्तेमाल से हम पेज के चारों किनारों (margin ) को घटा तथा बढ़ा सकते है।

Using this option, we can increase or decrease the margin on the four sides of the page.

Orientation-

इस ऑप्शन के इस्तेमाल से हम पेज का ऑरिएंटशन change कर सकते है। ये दो प्रकार का होता है -

Using this option, we can change the orientation of the page. It is of two types -

1) Portrait

2) Landscape

Size- 

यह ऑप्शन के इस्तेमाल से हम पेज के साइज को बदल सकते है।

By using this option, we can change the size of the page.

 

Print Area-

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से हम सीट में रेंज को सेट कर सकते है, जिससे हम उतने ही रेंज का प्रिंट देख सकते है तथा उसका प्रिंट आउट भी निकाल सकते हैं।

With the help of this option, we can set the range in the seat, so that we can see the print of the same range and can also take its print out.

Break-

इस आप्शन का इस्तेमाल Print करने के लिए शीट्स को अलग अलग पेज में बांटने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to divide the sheets into different pages for printing.

Background-

इस ऑप्शन  का इस्तेमाल शीट्स में Background में Picture को Add करने के लिए किया जाता है।

 

This option is used to add a picture to the background in the sheets.

Print Titles-

Print Titles का इस्तेमाल Print होने वाले Page में Data के Headings को हर एक पेज में दिखाने के लिए किया जाता है।

Print Titles are used to show the headings of the data in each page in the page to be printed.

Scale to Fit Group

Width-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल कई पेजों की चौड़ाई को फिट करने की लिए करते है।

This option is used to fit the Width of multiple pages.

Height-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल कई पेजों की लम्बाई को फिट करने की लिए करते है।

This option is used to fit the Height of multiple pages.

Scale-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल Print होने वाले Page को Scale करने के लिए किया जाता है। जिससे हम दो पेज का डाटा एक पेज में percentage के हिसाब से सेट कर सकते है।

This option is used to scale the page to be printed. With which we can set the data of two pages in one page according to the percentage.

Sheet Option Group

Headings-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल Worksheet तथा प्रिंट होने वाले पेज में Headings को Hide /show करने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to hide / show the headings in the worksheet and the page to be printed.

Gridlines-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल Worksheet तथा प्रिंट होने वाले पेज में Gridlines को Hide /show करने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to hide / show gridlines in the worksheet and the page to be printed.

Arrange Group

Bring to Front-

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से हम किसी भी इमेज या शेप को दूसरी इमेज या शेप के आगे लाने का काम करते है।

With the help of this option, we work to bring any image or shape in front of another image or shape.

Send to Back-

इस ऑप्शन इस्तेमाल एक इमेज या शेप को दूसरी इमेज या शेप के पीछे भेजने के लिए करते है।

This option is used to send one image or shape behind another image or shape.

Selection Pane-

इस ऑप्शन इस्तेमाल शीट में इन्सर्ट की गयी  picture या shapes  को आवश्यकता होने पर हम show /Hide  कर सकते है।

Using this option, we can show / hide the picture or shapes inserted in the sheet if needed.

Align-

इस ऑप्शन के माध्यम से हम किसी इमेज या शेप का Alignment Change कर सकते है।

Through this option, we can change the alignment of any image or shape.

 

Group-

इस ऑप्शन माध्यम से हम दो या दो से अधिक सेलेक्ट किए गए इमेज या शेप का ग्रुप बना सकते है।

Through this option, we can create a group of two or more selected images or shapes.

 

Rotate-

इस ऑप्शन की मदद से हम इमेज या शेप को Rotate कर सकते है।

With the help of this option, we can rotate the image or shape.
