Paste-

यह ऑप्शन Copy या Cut किये गए  Element को Paste करने का काम करता है।

This option works to paste the copied or cut element.

 

Cut-

यह ऑप्शन Selected Cell में मौजूद Data को Cut करने का काम करता है।

This option works to cut the data present in the selected cell.

 

Copy-

यह ऑप्शन Selected Cell में मौजूद Data को Copy करने का काम करता है।

This option works to copy the data present in the selected cell.

 

Format Painter -

यह ऑप्शन Cell के Format को निर्धारित करने या Format को कॉपी करने का काम करता है।

This option works to determine the format of the cell or copy the format.

Fonts Group

Font Size-

यह ऑप्शन Font Size बदलने का कार्य करता है।

This option works to change the font size.

 

Bold-

यह ऑप्शन Cell में टाइप किए गए Text को बोल्ड करने का कार्य करता है।

This option is used to make the text typed in the cell bold.

 

Italic-

यह ऑप्शन Font के प्रभाव को इटैलिक (तिरछा) करता है।

This option italicizes the effect of the font.

 

Underline-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल Text को Underlined करने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to underline the text.

 

Font Color-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल Font के रंग को बदलने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to change the color of the font.

Fill Color-

यह ऑप्शन Range या Cell के Data को Color Fill करने का कार्य करता है।

This option works to fill color to the data of Range or Cell.

 

Increase Font-

यह ऑप्शन Text के Font Size को Increase करने का कार्य करता है।

This option works to increase the font size of the text.

 

Decrease Font-

यह ऑप्शन Text के Font Size को Decrease करने का कार्य करता है।

This option works to decrease the font size of the text.

 

Bottom Border-

यह ऑप्शन Cell के बॉर्डर लाइन सेट करने और टेबल डिजाइन करने का काम करता है।

This option works to set the border line of the cell and design the table.

 

Alignment Group

 

Top Align-

यह ऑप्शन सेल Content को Top Align करने का कार्य करता है।

This option serves to top align the cell content.

 

Bottom Align-

यह ऑप्शन सेल Content को Bottom Align करने का कार्य करता है।

This option works to align the cell content to the bottom.

 

Middle Align-

यह ऑप्शन सेल Content को Middle Align करने का कार्य करता है।

This option works to middle align the cell content.

 

Align Text Left-

यह ऑप्शन सेल Content को Left Align करने  का कार्य करता है।

This option works to Left Align Cell Content.

 

Align Text Center-

यह ऑप्शन सेल Content को Center Align करने  का कार्य करता है।

This option works to align the cell content to the center.

 

Align Text Right-

यह ऑप्शन सेल Content को Right Align करने का कार्य करता है।

This option works to Right Align the cell content.

 

Increase/ Decrease Indentation-

यह ऑप्शन Tab को बढ़ाने या कम करने का कार्य करता है।

This option works to increase or decrease the tab.

 

Merge and Center-

यह दो या दो से अधिक Cells  के Contents  को Merge and Center  करने का कार्य  करता है।

It works to merge and center the contents of two or more cells.

 

Wrap Text-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल Cell में मौजूद बड़े  Text को एक ही Cell में दिखाने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to show the large text present in the cell in a single cell.

 

Text Orientation-

यह ऑप्शन Text को orientation करने का कार्य करता है।

This option works for the orientation of the text.

 

Numbers Group

Number Format-

इस ऑप्शन  का इस्तेमाल हम Numbers या Data को अलग अलग Format में दिखने  के लिए करते है।

We use this option to show numbers or data in different formats.

 

Accounting Number Format-

इस ऑप्शन का उपयोग Numbers के आगे Currency प्रदर्शित करने के लिए करते है।

This option is used to display the currency in front of the numbers.

 

Percentage Style-

इस ऑप्शन का उपयोग Numbers को Percentage Format में प्रदर्शित करने के लिए करते है।

This option is used to display the numbers in percentage format.

 

Comma Style-

इस ऑप्शन का उपयोग Numbers को Comma के साथ प्रदर्शित करने के लिए करते है।

This option is used to display numbers with comma.

 

Increase/Decrease Decimal-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल संख्याओं में दशमलव का स्थान कम या ज्यादा करने के लिए करते है।

This option is used to increase or decrease the number of decimal places.

 

Style Group

Conditional Formatting-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल किसी Condition के आधार पर Cell को फॉर्मेट करने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to format the cell based on a condition.

 

Format as Table-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल Table के स्टाइल को चेंज करने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to change the style of the table.

 

Cell Style-

इस ऑप्शन का इस्तेमाल Cell के स्टाइल को Change करने के लिए किया जाता है।

This option is used to change the style of the cell.

 

 

Cells Group

Insert-

यह ऑप्शन Editing Area पर Cell, Column, Row तथा sheet आदि को Insert करने का कार्य करता है।

This option works to insert Cell, Column, Row and Sheet etc. on the Editing Area.

 

Delete-

यह ऑप्शन Editing Area में Cell, Column, Row तथा Sheet आदि को हटाने का कार्य करता है।

Format-

यह ऑप्शन Cell के आकार को Adjust करने का काम

करता है।

This option is used to adjust the size of the cell.

 

Editing Group

Auto Sum-

यह एक फ़ंक्शन है जिसका उपयोग Addition (योग) के परिणामों को प्रदर्शित करने के लिए किया जाता है।

This is a function used to display the results of an addition.

 

Fill-

यह ऑप्शन  automatically रूप से Data को Fill करने का कार्य करता है। EX-Down,Left,Right,up and Series

Clear-

यह ऑप्शन Cell में मौजुद Format, Data आदि को हटाने का काम करता है।

This option works to remove the format, data etc. present in the cell.

 

Sort and Filter-

यह ऑप्शन का प्रयोग डेटा को व्यवस्थित करने तथा उसे sort करने के लिए किया जाता है

This option is used to organize and sort the data.

 

Find and Select-

यह ऑप्शन Work Area में होने वाली जानकारी को Find  और Select करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।

This option is used to find and select the information in the work area.
