INSERT MENU
1. Image, Audio or Video, Chart, Table, Media, Object & Shape- इस option के द्वारा हम इन सभी options को अपने Presentation मे apply कर सकते है। जो निम्न दिए गए है –
Through this option, we can
apply all these options in our presentation. Which is given below -
(a) Image-इस option से आप अपने slide document मे photo insert करा सकते
हैं |
The option lets you insert
photos into your Slides document.
(b) Audio or Video- इस option से आप अपने slide document मे Audio or Video insert करा सकते
हैं |
With this
option, you can insert audio or video in your slide document.
(c) Chart- इस option से आप अपने slide
document मे chart insert करा सकते
हैं |
With this
option you can insert chart in your slide document.
(d) Table- इस option से आप अपने slide
document मे Table insert करा सकते
हैं |
With this option, you can insert a table in
your slide document.
2. Media- इस option से आप अपने slide document मे media
insert करा सकते हैं और photo
animate भी कर सकते हैं | इसके अंदर निम्न ऑप्शन आते
है -
With this option, you can insert media in your
slide document and you can also animate photos.
(i) Gallery – इस option से आप gallery के images अपनी slide document में insert कर सकते हैं |
With this option you can insert gallery images
in your slide document.
(ii) Photo Album – इस option के द्वारा हम अपने Computer मे store सभी Photos को एक ही जगह collect कर Photo Album बनाने का कार्य करते है तथा उन पर दिये हुए Animations Effects लगा कर Presentation कर सकते है।
Through
this option, we collect all the photos stored in our computer in one place and
make a photo album and can do presentation by applying animation effects given
on them.
(iii)
Scan – इस option से आप अपने document को scan कर सकते हैं |
With this option you can scan your
Document.
(iv) Animated
Image –इस option से आप अपने select किए गए images को animate कर सकते हैं |
With this option you can animate your selected
images.
3.Text Box (F2) – इस option के द्वारा हम Text Type करने के लिए Text Box बनाने का कार्य करते है।
Through this option,
we do the work of creating a text box to type text.
4.Object- इस option से आप अपने slide document मे object insert करा सकते
हैं ।
With this option you can insert object in your
slide document.
5.Snap
Guide-इस option से आप
अपने object को snap कर सकते
हैं |
With
this option you can snap your object.
6. Shape-इस option से आप अपने slide document मे shape create करके उसे insert कर सकते हैं |
With this option, you can create a shape in
your slide document and insert it.
7. Comment (Ctrl+Alt+C)- इस option के द्वारा हम सिलेक्ट किए हुए Text तथा Graphics के बारे मे Comments (विचार) लिखने का कार्य करते है।
Through this option, we do the work of writing
comments (ideas) about the selected text and graphics.
8. Floating Frame- कई प्रकार के Frame Insert करने
के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।
This option is used to insert many types of frames.
9. Fontwork- यह option Ms Word के Word Art option के तरह कार्य करता है इसमे Text की Style से संबन्धित बहुत से Text Formats दिये होते है जिनहे हम अपने द्वारा Type किए गै Text पर apply कर सकते है।
This option works like the Word Art option of
Ms Word, in which many text formats related to the style of the text are given,
which we can apply to the text typed by us.
10. Hyperlink (Ctrl+K)-इस option के द्वारा हम किसी other file अथवा presentation को अपनी File से जोड़ने का कार्य करते है।
Through this option,
we do the work of connecting any other file or presentation to our file.
11. Formatting Mark-Formatting Mark Insert करने के लिए इस option
का use किया जाता है।
This option is used to insert formatting mark.
12. Special Character-यह वह word होते है जिनहे हम Keyboard के माध्यम से नहीं बना सकते जैसे - √, ≥ etc. इसके लिए हम इस option का प्रयोग करते है।
These are the words which we cannot make
through keyboard like - , etc. For this we use this option.
13. Slide Number-इस option के द्वारा file मे बनाई गई सभी Presentation को number देना का कार्य करते है।
Through this option, all the presentations
made in the file do the work of giving numbers.
14. Fields- दी गई फील्डस को अपनी जरूरत के मुताबिक इंसर्ट करने का कार्य करते है।
Work to insert the given fields according to
their need.
15. Header and Footer - हीडर का मतलब पेज का ऊपरी हिस्सा तथा फूटर का मतलब पेज का निचला हिस्सा और जो कुछ भी हम इसमे लिख देते है वह हमारी फाइल के सभी पेजों पर पहुँच जाता है और किसी भी एक पेज से हटाने पर सभी पेजो से हट जाता है।
Header means the top part of the page and
footer means the bottom part of the page and whatever we write in it reaches
all the pages of our file and on deleting from any one page it gets removed
from all the pages.
16. Form Control – इस option के द्वारा हम web page मे use होने वाले Icons को presentation मे insert कर सकते है।
