 FORMAT MENU 

1. Text, Character-इस option के द्वारा हम Select किए गए Paragraph की Formatting करने का कार्य करते है जैसे – Fonts, Font Style, Color etc. 

 

Through this option, we do the formatting of the selected paragraph like – Fonts, Font Style, Color etc.

2. Line Spacing – इस option के द्वारा हम Select किए गए Paragraph के बीच Line Spacing को सेट करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of setting Line Spacing between the selected paragraphs.

3. Align- इस option के द्वारा हम Select किए गए Paragraph को Align करने का कार्य करते है जैसे – Left, Center, Right Align. 

 

Through this option, we do the work of aligning the selected paragraph like – Left, Center, Right Align.

4. Lists, Bullets & Numbering- इस option के द्वारा हम Select किए गए Paragraph पर Bullets & Numbering को लगाने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of applying Bullets & Numbering on the selected paragraph.

5. Clear Direct Formatting (Ctrl+Shift+M)- इस option पर क्लिक करते ही Paragraph पर लगाई गई Formatting हट जाती है। 

On clicking this option, the formatting applied on the paragraph is removed.

6. Paragraph- इस option के द्वारा हम Paragraph को सेट करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of setting the paragraph.

7. Table, Image, Shapes- इस option के द्वारा हम Table, Image, Shape इत्यादि दी गई Formatting लगाने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of applying the given formatting like Table, Image, Shape etc.

8.  Shadow- इस option के द्वारा हम Select किए गए Text पर करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we work on the selected text.

 

   9. Interaction- इस option से आप कई तरह के interaction लगा सकते हैं किसी object या photo पर | जैसे आपने एक box create किया उसमे Next text type किया इसके बाद आपको interaction option पर जाकर एक action choose कर लीजिए जैसे Go To Next Slide इसके बाद आपको अपनी presentation को Play करना है और फिर उस create गए box पर click करना है click करते ही आप Next slide पर पहुँच जाएंगे |

 With this option, you can apply many types of interaction on any object or photo. Like you created a box, typed the next text in it, after that you go to the interaction option and choose an action like Go To Next Slide, after that you have to play your presentation and then click on that created box. You will reach the next slide.

10. Name- Select किये गए object का नामकरण करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

This option is used to name the selected object.

11. Description- Select किये गए object के बारे में कुछ लिखने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

This option is used to write something about the selected object.

   12. Distribution-

इस option से आप object और images को align कर सकते हैं horizontally और vertically |

With this option, you can align objects and images horizontally and vertically.

13. Rotate,Flip,Convert- इस option के द्वारा हम Select किए गए Graphics को Rotate,Flip,Convert आदि करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of Rotate, Flip, Convert etc. to the selected graphics.

14. Align, Arrange, Group- इस option के द्वारा हम Select किए गए Graphics को Align, Arrange तथा दो या दो से अधिक shapes को select कर Group करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of grouping the selected graphics by Align, Arrange and selecting two or more shapes.
