Tools Menu
1.
Spelling
and Grammar (F7) - पैराग्राफ करते समय जिन वर्डो के नीचे रेड लाइन आती वो स्पेलिंग गलतिया कहलाती हैं तथा जिन वर्डो के नीचे ग्रीन लाइन आती है वो ग्रामिटिकल गलतिया कहलाती है इन गलतियों को हम इस आप्सन के द्वारा सहीं कर सकते है।
While doing a paragraph,
the words under which the red line comes are called spelling mistakes and the
words under which the green line comes are called grammatical mistakes, we can
correct these mistakes by this option.
2. Automatic Spelling Checking
{Shift+F7}:-शीट मे
टाइप किए गए डाटा की स्पेलिंग स्वतः ही चेक करने के लिए इसका उपयोग किया जाता है।
It is used
to automatically check the spelling of the data typed in the sheet.

Thesaurus/Languages- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम Word का पर्यायवाची एवं किसी Word को किसी अन्य Languages में ट्रांसलेट करने का कार्य करते है।
Through this option, we do the work of
translating any word into any other language.

Auto
Correct- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम पैराग्राफ टाइप करने से पूर्व अपनी आवष्यकतानुसार आप्सन को सेट कर देते है और जैसे ही हम कोई पैराग्राफ टाइप करते है यह आप्सन उसे अपने आप सहीं करता जाता है।
Through this option, we set the
option according to our need before typing the paragraph and as soon as we type
a paragraph, this option automatically corrects it.
5. Auto Input:-Auto Input को देखने व छिपाने के लिए इसका
उपयोग किया जाता है।
It is used to view and hide Auto Input.
6. Redact:-Active Sheet को LibreOffice Draw में ले जाकर
Format करने के लिए इसका उपयोग किया जाता है।
It is used to format the Active Sheet by
moving it to LibreOffice Draw.
7.
Goel
Sheek - इसकी सहायता से हम निकाली गई वैल्यू में आसानी से घटाव अथवा बढ़ाव कर सकते है। जैसे आपने 2-3 समान खरीदे जिनका मूल्य कुल 350 है अब अब चाहते है कि यह 400 हो जाये अथवा 300 तो हम इस आप्सन के द्वारा यह कार्य आसानी से कर सकते है।
With the help of this, we can
easily increase or decrease the value obtained. Like you bought 2-3 items whose
total cost is 350, now you want it to become 400 or 300, then we can easily do
this work through this option.
8. Solver:-यह भी Goal Seek के सामान किसी cell की value को घटा या बढ़ा देता है।
It also increases or decreases the value of a
cell like Goal Seek.
9. Detective- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम टाइप की गई फीगर एवं निकाली गई वैल्यू को ट्रेस करने का कार्य करते है।
Through this option, we do the work of tracing
the typed figure and the extracted value.
10. Scenarios:-अलग-अलग Date से किसी
cell value को add करके उसकी summary देखने के लिए इसका उपयोग किया जाता है।
It is used to see the summary
of a cell value by adding it to a different date.
11. Share
Spreadsheet:-बनाई गई sheet को किसी दूसरे
यूजर के साथ शेयर करने के लिए इसका उपयोग किया जाता है।
It is used to share the
created sheet with another user.
12. Protect Sheet/Protect Sheet Structure- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम Sheet तथा Sheet के Structure को Password देकर Protect करने का कार्य करते है।
Through this option, we do the
work of protecting the sheet and the structure of the sheet by giving a
password.
13. Macros-यह विसुअल बेसिक
नामक प्रोग्रामिंग लैंग्वेज में कार्य करता है। इसमे कुछ टेक्स्ट को रिकॉर्ड करके डॉक्यूमेंट
में कही भी रन कराया जा सकता है।
14. Extension Manager (Ctrl + Alt +
E):- इन्टरनेट के माध्यम से अपनी आवश्यक्ता अनुसार और भी कई एक्सटेंशन जोड़ने के
लिए इसका उपयोग किया जाता है। जैसे- English Spelling Dictionary, Spanish
Spelling Dictionary etc.
It is used to add many more extensions as per
your requirement through internet. Like- English Spelling Dictionary, Spanish
Spelling Dictionary etc.
15.Customize:-Menu,
Toolbar आदि के बिकल्प को अपनी इच्छा सेट करने के लिए इसका उपयोग किया जाता है।
