Libreoffice Calc View Menu in Hindi and English / CCC Notes
VIEW MENU
1.Normal- Libre Office Calc प्रोग्राम में डिफाल्ट रूप से Sheet नार्मल ही होती है।
The sheet is normal by default in the Libre Office Calc program.
2. Page Break - इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम Spreadsheet में पेज वाइज अलग अलग Preview देख सकते है।
Through this option we can see page wise different preview in
Spreadsheet.
3. User Interface - इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम Spreadsheet के Toolbox इंटरफेस को बदलने का कार्य करते है।इसके द्वारा LibreOffice
Window को tab के रूप में प्रदर्शित किया
जा सकता है।
Through this option, we work to change the
Toolbox interface of Spreadsheet. By this LibreOffice window can be displayed
as tab.
4. Toolbar- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम दी गई Toolbars को खोलने एवं बन्द करने का कार्य करते है।
Through this option, we do the work of opening
and closing the given toolbars.
5. Formula bar/Status bar -
इस आप्सन पर एक बार क्लिक करने पर यह बारे Show करती है और दोबारा क्लिक करने पर बन्द हो जाती है।
On clicking once on this option, it shows
about and closes on clicking again.
6. View Header- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम Page के Header मे दी गई हैडिंग्स को Show/Hide करने का कार्य करते है।
Through this option, we do the work of showing
/ hiding the headings given in the header of the page.
7. View Gridlines- इस आप्सन पर एक बार क्लिक करने पर ग्रिडलाइन्स पूरे Spreadsheet पर Show करती है एवं दोबारा क्लिक करने पर Hidden हो जाती है।
On clicking this option once, the gridlines
show on the entire Spreadsheet and on clicking again, they become hidden.
8. Grid and Helplines -Grid and Helplines को देखने व छिपाने के लिए
इसका उपयोग किया जाता है।
It is used to view and hide Grid and
Helplines.
9. Value Highlighting (Ctrl+F8) -
इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम सिलेक्ट की गई वैल्यू को हाईलाइट करने का कार्य करते है।
Through this option, we do the work of
highlighting the selected value.
10. Show Formulas (Ctrl)/Show
Comments - इस आप्सन पर क्लिक करने पर Spreadsheet पर लगाये गये सभी Formulas/Comments Show करने लगते है।
On clicking on this option, all the Formulas /
Comments placed on the Spreadsheet start showing.
11. Split Window- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम विन्डो को दो भागों में Break कर देख सकते है।
Through this option, we can see the window by
breaking it into two parts.
12. Freeze Row/Column- इस आप्सन पर क्लिक करते ही सिलेक्ट की गई रो तथा कॉलम फ्रीज अर्थात जाम हो जाती है उसे हम स्क्रॉल नहीं कर सकते जब तक की वापस Unfreeze न की जाए।
On clicking this option, the selected row and
column freezes, that is, we can not scroll until it is unfreeze back.
13.Sidebar {Ctrl + F5}- यह एक नया आप्शन है, जो केवल LibreOffice में
ही मिलता है। यह बार विंडो के राईट साइड में vertical रूप से स्थित होता है। इसके द्वारा Page,
Image, Shapes इत्यादि इन्सर्ट किया जा सकता है।
This is a new option, which is only available
in LibreOffice. This bar is located vertically on the right side of the window.
Through this, Page, Image, Shapes etc. can be inserted.
14. Function List –इस option पर क्लिक करते ही Excel मे Use होने वाले Functions (Formulas) की list दिखाई देने लगती है।
On clicking this option, the list of Functions
(Formulas) used in Excel starts appearing.
15. Full Screen, Zoom -इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम अपनी फाइल को आवष्यकतानुसार बड़ी एवं छोटी करके देख सकते है।
Through this option, we can see
our file by enlarging and shrinking it as per the requirement.
