SHEET MENU

 

1. Insert Cell, Row, Column - इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम Cell, Row तथा Column को इंसर्ट करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of inserting Cell, Row and Column.

 

2. Insert Page Break- Spreadsheet मे जिस स्थान पर कर्सर होता है उस जगह से पेज ब्रेक हो जाता है। 

 

The place where the cursor is located in the spreadsheet causes a page break.

 

3. Delete Cell, Column, Row- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम सिलेक्ट की गई Cell, Column and Row को डिलीट करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of deleting the selected cell, column and row.

 

4. Delete Page Break- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम लगाये गये पेज ब्रेक को हटाने का कार्य करते है। 

 

With this option, we do the work of removing the page break applied.

5. Insert Sheet/ Insert Sheet From File- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम अपनी फाइल में नई शीट इंसर्ट करने तथा किसी अन्य फाइल की शीट को अपनी फाइल में इंसर्ट करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of inserting a new sheet in our file and inserting the sheet of any other file in our file.

 

6. Clear Cell - इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम सेल में फिल डाटा को क्लियर (Delete) करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of clearing the fill data in the cell.

 

7. Fill Cell - इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम टाइप डाटा को सिलेक्ट किये गये सेल में नीचे की ओर, ऊपर की ओर, लैफ्ट, राइट, सीरीज इत्यादि फिल करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of filling the type data in the selected cell downwards, upwards, left, right, series etc.

 

8. Define Name - इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम Spreadsheet मे दिये हुए फामूर्लो को इंसर्ट करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of inserting the formulas given in the Spreadsheet.

 

 

9. Rename Sheet - इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम Current Sheet के नाम को बदलने का कार्य करते है जैसे – Sheet 1 से Lucknow. 

 

Through this option, we do the work of changing the name of the current sheet like – Sheet 1 to Lucknow.

 

10. Hide Sheet /Show Sheet- इस आप्सन पर क्लिक करते ही Sheet Hide हो जाती है और दोबारा क्लिक पर Unhide हो जाती है। 

 

On clicking on this option, the sheet gets hidden and on clicking again it becomes unhide.

 

11. Move or Copy Sheet - इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम खुली हुई Sheet की डुप्लीकेट कापी अथवा किसी अन्य Sheet पर ले जाने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of taking the duplicate copy of the opened sheet or on any other sheet.

 

12. Navigate Previous Sheet/Next Sheet- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम File की Previous Sheet अथवा Next Sheet पर जाने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of going to the Previous Sheet or Next Sheet of the file.

 

13. Sheet Tab Color - इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम Sheet के Tab को कलर करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of coloring the tab of the sheet.
