Purchase from Composition Dealer in Tally Prime

 

 

1) Composition dealer can sell goods only in his own state. Yes, but can definitely buy goods from his state and from any other state.

 

कम्पोजीशन डीलर केवल अपने राज्य में ही माल बेच सकता है। हां लकिन अपने राज्य से और किसी दूसरे राज्य से माल खरीद जरूर सकता है।

 

2) A regular dealer can purchase goods only from a composition dealer in his own state.

 

एक रेगुलर डीलर केवल अपने ही प्रदेश के कम्पोजीशन डीलर से माल परचेस कर सकते  है।

 

3) Whatever sales a composition dealer makes, he cannot charge GST from the customer. Means he cannot sell Goods and Services by applying GST in the bill. He has to pay 1%, 5%, 6% GST according to his business.

 

कम्पोजीशन डीलर जो भी सेल करता वह ग्राहक से GST नहीं  वसूल सकता। यानी वह बिल में GST लगा कर गुड्स एंड सर्विस को नहीं बेच सकता। उसे तो  अपने व्यापार  के अनुसार 1% ,5% ,6 % GST का भुगतान अपने पास से करना पड़ता है। 

 

4) When a regular dealer purchases goods from a composition dealer, that composition dealer will not charge any GST on us.

 

जब रेगुलर डीलर किसी कम्पोजीशन डीलर से माल परचेस करेंगे तो वो कम्पोजीशन डीलर हम पर कोई GST चार्ज नहीं करेगा।

 

5) Composition dealer cannot charge GST. For this reason, Bill of Supply is written on his bill instead of Tax Invoice.

 

कम्पोजीशन डीलर ,GST चार्ज नहीं कर सकता है। इस कारण उसके बिल पर टैक्स इनवॉइस की जगह बिल ऑफ़ सप्लाई (Bill of Material)  लिखा होता है।

 

6) When a regular dealer purchases goods from a composition dealer, that composition dealer will not charge any GST on us. But when we sell the goods taken from a composition dealer, GST will have to be charged on them.

 

जब रेगुलर डीलर किसी कम्पोजीशन डीलर से माल परचेस करेंगे तो वो कम्पोजीशन डीलर हम पर कोई GST चार्ज नहीं करेगा।लेकिन जब हम कम्पोजीशन डीलर से लिया गया माल बेचते है तो उस पर GST चार्ज करना होगा।
