माइक्रोसॉफ्ट पावर पॉइंट एक प्रेजेंटेशन एप्लीकेशन प्रोग्राम है जिसकी हेल्प से हम प्रेजेंटेशन का निर्माण करते है। प्रेजेंटेशन  का निर्माण कई स्लाइड से मिलकर होता है। स्लाइड में हम टेक्स्ट,इमेज ,साउंड,ऑडियो तथा विडिओ आदि को शामिल कर  सकते है।

Microsoft Power Point is a presentation application program with the help of which we create presentations. A presentation is made up of several slides. We can include text, image, sound, audio and video etc. in the slide.

 

स्लाइड प्रेजेंटेशन का आधार होती है। इसका प्रयोग सेमीनार,कॉन्फ्रेन्स ,एवं नॉलेजमेन्ट प्रोग्राम में टीचर्स ,अधिकारियों ,प्रवन्धको द्वारा किया जाता है।

इसका Extension Name .PPTX होता है।

 

The slide is the basis of the presentation. It is used by teachers, officers, managers in seminars, conferences, and knowledge programs.

Contents of Presentation

 

Slides-

Presentation के प्रत्येक पेज को स्लाइड कहा जाता है। स्लाइड presentation का Base होती है। जिसमे हम टेक्स्ट, Shapes, Picture, ऑडियो तथा विडिओ को इन्सर्ट करा सकते है।

 

Each page of the presentation is called a slide. The slide is the basis of the presentation. In which we can insert text, shapes, picture, audio and video.

 

Outline-

 

इस ऑप्शन की हेल्प्स हम सभी स्लाइड्स की आउटलाइन को एकसाथ देख सकते है।

 

This option helps we can see the outline of all the slides together.

 

Speaker Notes-

 

Speaker’s Notes ऐसी Information होती है जो प्रेजेंटेशन बनाते समय याद रखने के लिए स्पीकर द्वारा स्लाइड के नीचे लिख दी जाती है।

 

 

Speaker's Notes are such information which is written by the speaker at the bottom of the slide to remember while making the presentation.

 

Handouts-

Handout  ऐसे पम्फलेट होते है जो श्रोताओ में बाँटे जाते है। इन पर Presentation की सभी या चुनी हुई स्लाइडे Print की जाती है। पावर पॉइंट में एक पेज पर  1,2 ,3 ,4 ,6  तथा 9  तक स्लाइडे Print कर सकते है।

 

Handouts are pamphlets that are distributed to the audience. All or selected slides of Presentation are printed on these. In power point, you can print up to 1,2,3,4,6 and 9 slides on a single page.

 

Presentation-

स्लाइडों के संग्रह (Collection) को प्रेजेंटेशन कहते हैं।

A collection of slides is called a presentation.

Placeholder-

प्लेसहोल्डर आमतौर पर टेक्स्ट वाला एक बॉक्स होता है जो उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा दर्ज किए जाने वाले स्थान, फ़ॉन्ट और प्रकार के आकार को इंगित करता है।

A placeholder is usually a box with text that indicates the location, font and size of type that the user will enter.
