Libreoffice Impress Tools Menu in Hindi and English / CCC Notes

 

TOOLS MENU 

1. Spelling and Grammar (F7) - पैराग्राफ करते समय जिन वर्डो के नीचे रेड लाइन आती वो स्पेलिंग गलतिया कहलाती हैं तथा जिन वर्डो के नीचे ग्रीन लाइन आती है वो ग्रामिटिकल गलतिया कहलाती है इन गलतियों को हम इस आप्सन के द्वारा सहीं कर सकते है। 

 

While doing a paragraph, the words under which the red line comes are called spelling mistakes and the words under which the green line comes are called grammatical mistakes, we can correct these mistakes by this option.

2. Automatic Spell Checking {Shift + F7}- Spelling Check को Show/Hide करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है। जब ये option on रहता है और हम कोई गलत spelling type कर देते हैं तो उस text के नीचे redline आ जाती है |

This option is used to show/hide the spelling check. When this option remains on and we type any wrong spelling, then a redline comes under that text.

 

3. Thesaurus/Languages- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम Word का पर्यायवाची एवं किसी Word को किसी अन्य Languages में ट्रांसलेट करने का कार्य करते है। 

 

Through this option, we do the work of translating any word into any other language.

 

4. Language- इस ऑप्शन के द्वारा हम Document Language को सेट  कर सकते है तथा उसकी Language Change भी कर सकते है। 

Through this option, we can set the document language and can also change its language.

 

5. Color Replacer - इस आप्सन के द्वारा Shapes अथवा Text मे लगे Color को Replace कर सकते है। 

 

Through this option, you can replace the color in Shapes or Text.

6. Auto Correct- इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम पैराग्राफ टाइप करने से पूर्व अपनी आवष्यकतानुसार आप्सन को सेट कर देते है और जैसे ही हम कोई पैराग्राफ टाइप करते है यह आप्सन उसे अपने आप सहीं करता जाता है। 

 

Through this option, before typing the paragraph, we set the option according to our need and as soon as we type a paragraph, this option automatically corrects it.

 

7.AutoText{Ctrl+F3}-  इस option के अन्दर पहले से कुछ text save होते हैं जिन्हें select करके page में insert किया जा सकता है।

 

Under this option, some text is already saved, which can be selected and inserted in the page.

8.Redact-बनाये हुए document को LibreOffice Draw में ले जाकर edit करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

 

This option is used to edit the created document by moving it to LibreOffice Draw.

9.Auto Redact- इस ऑप्शन द्वारा बनाये हुए document को LibreOffice Draw में ले जाकर auto edit करने के लिए करते है।  

 

To auto edit the document created by this option by moving it to LibreOffice Draw.

 

10. Media Player - इस आप्सन के द्वारा हम Presentation मे Media Player का use कर Video को चला सकते है। 

Through this option, we can play the video using Media Player in the presentation.

11. Macros- इस option में maximum 255 Character को Record करके document में कही भी Run कराया जा सकता है।Text को Record करने पर यह Visual Basic, Python etc. में Record होता है।

 Recording a maximum of 255 characters in this option can be run anywhere in the document. On recording the text, it is Visual Basic, Python etc. is recorded in

12.Extension Manager {Ctrl + Alt + E}- Document के Extension को Manage करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

 This option is used to manage the extension of the document.

13. Customize-Menu, Toolbar इत्यादि को Customize करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है।

This option is used to customize Menu, Toolbar etc.

14. Options {Alt + F12}- LibreOffice के User Data, Version इत्यादि को Set व Reset करने के लिए इस option का use किया जाता है। इस options से आप libreoffice का interface change कर सकते है और भी कई changes कर सकते हैं |

This option is used to set and reset LibreOffice's User Data, Version, etc. With this option, you can change the interface of libreoffice and make many more changes.
